Peach Kernel Oil Prunus persica is similar to apricot kernel oil. It is a light, penetrating oil. Used to make creams, lotions, massage oils and can be used in soap making. Peach Kernel oil can be used as a substitute for sweet almond, apricot kernel, and grapeseed oils. It has been used for its moisturizing, regenerative and restructuring properties in nourishing and moisturizing products. Peach kernel oil is a great oil for lip balms because it absorbs easily and does not leave a greasy feeling, it is also especially useful for mature skin, lip balms and massage oils. Peach Kernel Oil is almost odorless it is emollient, nourishing, and slowly absorbed into the skin, and is said to relieve itching skin, such as caused by eczema for example. |
