As much as we love to talk to our customers on a personal note,
we are often busy packing orders - so if at all possible please
place your orders on the website. If you do not feel
comfortable at providing your credit card number through the
internet - place the order as a fax order and put a note in the
special instructions box during check-out. Once you have
placed your order you can call during normal business hours to
provide us with your credit card information.

Simply by checking the item(s) that you wish to purchase and
then click on the add to cart button. The shopping cart
will ask you for your preferred method of shipping and postal
code. You can continue to shop at that point and add in as

Once your order has been filled and shipped, you will receive a
confirmation or tracking number for your order - please refer to
this information for tracking your package. Remember,
international orders do take some time to go through customs and
we have no control over the time that it takes for one to
receive their package.
Most orders will be shipping the same day or next day following
us receiving your order, however, please allow 1 - 4 days for us
to carefully prepare your order and ship.

suggestions that we offer is that none of the products on this
website are to be used for internal use (Do not eat or drink
them!). Normal rule of thumb for blending essential oils or
fragrance oils is about 20 to 30 drops per 2 ounces of dilution
material such as carrier oil, lotions, soaps, etc. Keep in
mind and please use common sense that some "hot or Spice" oils,
such as cinnamon, black pepper, oregano, etc you really need to
use much less. In a blend of other oils sometimes just a
drop or 2 is more then plenty.
