Secure Check out system:

I know that some of you feel that entering in your credit card number and personal information on-line is not secure.  They system that we use strips off all 16 (15 for American Express) credit card numbers.  Making this the most secure system possible on the internet.   Our merchant system verifies electronically the address, CVV2 code (security code from back of your credit card) and other information.  If this information does not match with the credit card number, it is our policy to manually call the issuing bank  to verify name, address, and phone information, including any alternative shipping addresses that are provide.  If this information does not match the banking system, you will receive an email from Essential7 asking for updated information or that you call your bank to add on alternative shipping address or update your current address and phone number with them.   Doing all this takes much time, but it adds more security to our customs and protects them from fraudulent charges on their credit card.

If for some reason you still do not feel secure about putting this information into our system, we ask that you go ahead and place your order and use the "Fax" credit card information option during check out, then once you have placed your order and received your confirmation number, please call us with your credit card information or fax the information to the fax number provided to you.  All "unknown" callers are blocked from our system, so please do unblock your identity on your fax machine so that your fax will be accepted.   If you still have problems faxing us, please do call with your information.

How can I have my order shipped to a different address?

Because of a huge amount of credit card theft and Identify theft we are very cautious about shipping to alternative addresses.  However, if you wish to have your order shipped to an alternative address, not your billing address, you must call your issuing bank and request that they add on an alternative shipping address to your account.  This service does not cost you anything and does not change your billing address, it only allows the bank to verify that you, the card holder, do give your permission to ship to another address. 

If using an alternative address, please check out as follows:  Enter in your ship to address as normal on the check out when asked, put your actual billing address in the "special instructions" box area with a note saying " ship to above address.  Once we have verified the alternative shipping address with your bank, then we will ship your order. 

Where is my package?

When we process the shipping on your package you will receive an email stating that you have a packaging coming from Essential7 and a tracking number is provided to you in that email.  Please track your package using this tracking number.

To insure that your package reaches you, make sure that you have entered your proper shipping address.  If for some reason your package is returned due to improper shipping address provide (we copy and paste your address) shipping will apply to both directions and will be held until the additional shipping fees are received.

Keep in mind that there is a $10.00 fee for improper addresses so make sure you provide complete shipping address (i.e. 124 S Main St, 123 W Cypress Dr, 18 NW Northwood Circle, etc etc. etc.)  Even though you believe that you live in a town small enough to throw a stone from one end of it to the other, if your address in incomplete with circle, drive, street, etc etc etc we will get charged an address correction fee and we will charge that fee to you.  Please do not forget to provide us with the city, state and country.

Check your email (including in your junk folder) for emails concerning your order if there is a problem with your payment, as no orders will be processed or shipped until proper payment is received.  Sometimes there is problems with your credit card not working because incorrect address, expire date or CVV2 code and sometimes your bank will simply just have a security hold on your account.  You will be notified if there is a problem and you must correct it before order is shipped.

What Happens if I accidentally ordered the wrong item?

Do Not open the bottle(s) and call or email us immediately.  Then return the incorrect item back to the shipping address on the package, along with a copy of your invoice with a note as to what you intended on ordering and a method of payment.  There is a 20% restocking fee and additional shipping back to you.  I urge you to read very carefully as to what you a buying, double check the shopping cart when you add it to the cart to make sure everything is correct and double check everything before submitting your order.

 

When will your order be shipped?

Depending on what time of the day we receive your order, we do our best to ship out on the same business day or next business day.  However,  depending on the amount of orders that are ahead of your order, during busy times of the year your order could take up to 3 or 4 business days to ship. 

All USA orders and any UPS shipments will receive an email from Essential7 or UPS quantum view notify when your order has been processed and shipped with your confirmation or tracking number.   It is asked that you do save this email in case it is needed to locate your package. 

International shipments will receive an email from Essential7 with your US Customs label number when your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipments:

International customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, excise taxes, brokers fees, etc. that may occur during transit to your country.  Please check with your local customs office for information.

Return Policy:

Return Policy: Because of the personal nature of these products they cannot be returned if the seal is broken. Samples are available for Essential oils, and small sizes are available for all other products. We do suggest that you should purchase the smallest size available for testing. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned products. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed. If your package has been damaged during shipping please notify us immediately upon arrival. Do not throw away boxes, packing material, or products.
It is suggested that all products be ordered in the smallest size available for testing purposes on small batches prior to ordering in larger sizes or bulk sizes. 

All unopened items can be returned as stated above, you must notify the shipper within 3 days of receiving the order.  Absolutely NO opened containers can be returned.  Be sure you know what you are purchasing prior to this agreement.  These products are tested prior to distributing them to assure Essential7 that they are 100% pure and natural oils.
