If you are making this for a man, use a red color material. If you are making this for a woman, use a lavender color. Cut your material in the shape of the pillow you would like, 10" x 10 " square is a nice size. Either sew 3 1/2 sides together or use fabric glue. Remember to leave a hole to stuff the pillow.

Mix the ingredients together and then store in an airtight container for at least 24 hours to help scent the buckwheat hulls. Now stuff your pillow and sew or glue shut.
