Weigh out and combine all ingredients except for Germall Plus and Fragrance oils.
Heat the oils in a microwave until all oils are liquefied.
Stir with a stick blender until you have reached a complete emulsion.
Heat the oils in a microwave until all oils are liquefied.
Add your Germall Plus and Fragrance oils.
Stir again, then pour into your containers.
Periodically shake containers over the next 45 min while lotion or cream stiffens.
